Observe oak trees for invasive moth

EAGLE EYES to the ready folks.

Look out for these highly invasive moths on your walks around Castleknock. They were spotted in a park in south Dublin in June '20.

As we live here so close to the Phoenix Park where there are lots of OAK trees, it would be helpful to be aware of this destructive moth. Any sightings should be notified immediately to the Dept of Agriculture at: plantandpests@agriculture.gov.ie.

Check out the full story at:

Likely to only nest on OAK trees.
