Doggie Walk Event 6th June'26

Despite it 'raining cats and dogs' early on Saturday morning, the Castleknock doggies were out in force for the first ever Green Dog Walk event to promote responsible dog ownership. It's so important that owners pick up after their dogs. CTT organised the event in partnership with the Castleknock Village Vets. Fingal County Council very kindly supplied some give aways too.

Thanks to Kim of K9 Walkers who helped out on the day. Thanks to Melo who had dog treats available (as per usual) but also offered half price coffees to all the dog handlers. Well done to Silver Spoon on their offering Green Walking doggies lovely puppychinos. Each café in Castleknock (as well as O'Brien's Wines) received a heart-shaped green water bowl from CTT as part of the event. Look out for them outside the cafés. Castleknock is a dog-friendly village!
