Wednesdays work on weeds!

A small crew of committed volunteers were out on two consecutive Wednesday evenings recently cleaning the cobble lock in the heart of the village by hand. No pesticides are being used in the village anymore by Fingal County Council but we may need extra help to keep these pavements free of weeds and moss. No doubt the volunteer's dedicated work at these weekly Tidy Ups makes a significant difference as the photos below demonstrate.
