Saturday Clean Up 2nd May'26

A great start to Summer!    Lots of different activities.

The grass around the trees in two pocket woods in College Grove were cleared and mulched with CTT made mulch. Wildflowers (Cowslip, Vetch, Yellow Rattle, Corn Marigold, Orchid) were planted in the no-mow patch between the trees.

Litter was picked.

The pollinator bed at the entrance was weeded and coble lock cleared. Weeds also cleared from College Road path.

No mow signs erected to support insects, pollinators and future sustainable Castleknock.

And… the launch of the Notice Board in the heart of the village for upcoming CTT events. Amazing what brown paper, windowlene and elbow grease can achieve! ‘Almost’ new noticeboard! Check it out for upcoming events…
