The 'lesser-spotted crouching volunteer' was seen again this Saturday in Castleknock Village. They are easily identified with their high-vis plumage. In fact there was a whole flock of them to be seen in the flower beds and on the paths...
The forecasted rain held off and it was a mild and bright morning. Until just after midday (and quitting time). Thanks Myo's for opening early and for providing the hot coffee, tea and biscuits. Thanks Silver Spoon, for the scones and other goodies you provided. And thanks Judie, for the home baking. Overall, a worthwhile and really enjoyable morning!
