Donation of 4,000 crocus bulbs

Sincerest thanks to Christoph and Jennifer Buller for the wonderful personal donation of 4,000 (yes, four thousand) crocus bulbs for Castleknock. A small team planted 2,000 of them around the village on Saturday and the local schools are hopefully going to make quick work of the remaining 2,000 over the coming weeks.

Dr Buller is a member of the Rotary Club Rotary Club of Dublin Central (Ireland) and as part of their worldwide Purple 4 Polio campaign Purple4Polio, these crocus Ruby Giant Tommasianus are used when visiting schools.
