Delighted to report that our long-awaited granite place name stones were installed today. The first at the Navan Road end of Auburn Avenue and the second at the Ashtown entrance to Castleknock, at the roundabout before Fairhaven.
We extend sincerest thanks to Fingal County Council and the Department of Community and Rural Development (DCRD) for the funding support they provided. And thanks to all of the individuals and businesses who supported our own fund-raising efforts to get these stones in place.
