Castleknock Tidy Towns is delighted to welcome the installation of a public art piece sculpture by Ballina blacksmith/artist John Hogan. The Tree of Butterflies entitled 'Flutter' was installed in the Lidl plaza in Castleknock village today. CTT was happy to be part of the consultation process with Lidl and Fingal County Council. The over two metre high sculpture is made of iron which is fixed directly onto a plinth into the paving. An accompanying planter containing evergreen perennial grass is due to be placed nearby soon.
