TY Students from St Vincent’s Castleknock College Complete Community Care Week with CTT

Three TY students from St Vincent’s Castleknock College successfully completed their Community Care Placement week with Castleknock Tidy Towns.

The students worked diligently from 9.00am to 3.30pm over four days, contributing enthusiastically to a wide range of CTT activities, including:

• Hedgerow planting with native Irish trees and primroses

• Tree planting

• Washing and maintaining the polytunnel

• Waterproofing new outdoor benches

• Bulb planting

• Hedge clipping

• Sorting and organising equipment

A sincere thank you to all the CTT volunteers who supported and guided the students throughout the week.

And a big well done to the students themselves for giving their time, energy and care to their community and environment — making a real difference to community care and the environment.
