We are pleased to advise that Fingal County Council (FCC) and Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) have put some fixes in place recently, for items which needed attention in Castleknock.
1. Following representations from CTT, FCC replaced the broken spotlights at the village pump.
2. Following CTT's lobbying of FCC to make use of a redundant traffic pole, a new solar powered, electronic flashing light system has been installed warning motorists of their approach to Mount Sackville School on Tower Road.
3. Following a request from CTT, TII replaced a missing (and extremely important) traffic sign on the very busy junction at the end of Auburn Avenue, after the sign had been damaged in a collision.
