Pleased to advise that the OPW has installed some temporary bins in the Phoenix Park along the perimeter wall between Castleknock and Whites Gate. As the bins are being well used, this should alleviate some of the pressure on the Fingal litter bin outside the Castleknock Gate. That's helpful, thanks!
