Pleased to report that following our representations a full size litter bin, which can be used to dispose of dog poop bags, has been installed by the OPW inside the Phoenix Park near the Castleknock Gates. Hopefully this will eliminate the problem of some people tying dog poop bags to the railings and dropping litter nearby.
