Following lobbying by Castleknock TidyTowns the Operations Department of Fingal County Council installed a beautiful pollinator friendly flower bed on the crescent shaped grass verge. It is accompanied by a lovely public seating bench. The bench is surrounded by a low curved dry stone wall and has a Dublin cobblestone base. A matching low dry stone wall is embedded in the flower bed and displays a Caisléan Cnucha calligraphy sign which faces oncoming traffic. The corten steel sign was donated by a generous local resident.

This enhancement of Castleknock is part of a wider scheme of improvements to the area which Castleknock TidyTowns is spearheading.
