What a week! 8 volunteers were out around the village on Wed evening tidying up. Sat's weekly Clean Up saw another 25+ volunteers along Castleknock Road from Castleknock Gate, working back towards the village. Another dozen volunteers (Chesterfield residents) tackled the area outside Chesterfield and along the Phoenix Park wall. 7 ton bags were filled plus 20 smaller bags of invasive weeds were disposed of separately.
Meanwhile, James O'H N did a smashing job of single-handedly weeding the beautiful roses on the roundabout at the junction of Laurel Lodge Road and Carpenterstown Avenue.
