Yes, you can dispose of bagged dog poop in the black OPW bins within the Phoenix Park and in the purple Fingal County Council bins provided in Castleknock and around Fingal. Rumours to the contrary are incorrect. Simply bag the dog poop and tie the knot every time and drop it in the closest bin. This means our shoes and pram wheels stay cleaner as we take walkies this year!
