Biodiversity Festival and Honey Show 2019

What fantastic weather we got to attend this great event in the OPW Visitors' Centre in Phoenix Park together. Lots to see and do, but the highlight was listening to the opening address by President Michael D. Higgins. And meeting Margaret Gormley, Chief Park Superintendent. We saw and learnt so much about protecting our biodiversity - from exhibitors, listening to scientific speakers, seeing bees at work in a honeycomb up close and personal and in the amazing walled garden. Really worthwhile event - taking place today and tomorrow. Don't miss it!
